Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications                    ·  Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
Satisfactory completion of background checks                                                                                                                        and Credentialing through NPDB



3 years experience                                              ·   PHTLS certification

• Ability to read and write and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to use common house-cleaning devices to keep areas clean and serviced. 
• Ability to care for equipment.
• Ability to measure cleaning solutions.
• Alertness to hazards.
• Ability to interact well with patients, employees, and the public.
• Efficiency in carrying out job duties.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
