Patient Portal


This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.



Provide clerical services for the Nursing Department by following instructions for the various administrative responsibilities of the department in an accurate and timely manner, allowing the nursing staff to concentrate on patient care.




High School Diploma or equivalency.

Office skills developed through education or work experience.

Typing skills of at least 40 WPM. 

Proficient in Word and Excel with an ability to efficiently utilize other software as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Well organized with an attention to detail.

Ability to effectively interact with regulators, superiors, coworkers, patients, and the public.

The ability to use discretion, initiative, and independent judgment.



Completion of 1 or more years of post-secondary education

Understanding of medical terminology

Experience in developing and/or maintaining policies and procedures

Experience in meeting regulatory standards



PRN Positions



Collects blood; processes specimens and reports results in the clinical laboratory areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology, Immunology, Blood Bank, and Urinalysis; is able to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of automated equipment; is directly responsible to the laboratory supervisor.



An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a laboratory science or related field of study; or other qualifications as outlined in CLIA regulations Subpart MOn-call at times (must be available by phone and report to hospital within 30 minutes)


Part Time Positions



At least 21 years of age                                                         ·  Paramedic license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications                    ·  Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
Satisfactory completion of background checks                                                                                                                        and Credentialing through NPDB



3 years experience                                              ·   PHTLS certification
